This Newburyport Condominium presented quite the challenge — a comprehensive project that called on the full range of Albion Contracting exterior services. We repaired extensive rot to the framing, siding and trim and reconstructed the particular details of the fluted columns and other decorative trim. Windows were replaced, cupolas restored and then the entire complex was painted.
